Sure i t’s inline, but watching this and then thinking of how good an NHL game would sound without people yelling about what’s happening makes me angry that it’s not an option. The b est sounding sport outside of car racing I’d say.

NHL games can be more interesting with the commentary muted.

We had a part of the season without commentary back in 2002 when radio Canada ( French CBC) was on strike. I always wished after that to have the option of just hearing the game.

The on-line streaming service for MotoGP allows you to turn off commentary. If the NHL service did that I’d sign up on the spot.

If you have your TV hooked up to a surround sound receiver and unplug the center channel speaker you can get many things without commentary.
